… And Kudrin agreed with the presence of competition in their economic development plans of the Russian Federation
KRASNOYARSK, April 21. /TASS/. The Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin and the head of the Center for strategic research (CSR), Alexei Kudrin, who currently are preparing plans for socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, agreed that, among these programs there is competition. They declared it during the discussion at the plenary session of the Krasnoyarsk economic forum.
“Alexei Leonidovich (Kudrin), even opposite each other put, and if you ask if we had a competition, I answer, there is competition, but competition is positive,” said Oreshkin, responding to a question from the moderator of the session.
Oreshkin considers inefficient the existing format of development strategies of the Russian Federation
The Minister stressed that since CSR and economic development are working on the same task – improving the welfare and accelerating economic growth, – employees of ministries and CSR experts often work together.
“Many employees the MAYOR in working groups of the CSR, we enjoy watching those materials that are accumulated colleagues. We to some extent are parallel, the work, and that’s good, because when two factories of ideas, a common pool of ideas which later will be used to collect the whole becomes much more and much better,” said Oreshkin.
Kudrin, in turn, supported the opinion of the head of Ministry of economic development the presence of competition. He added, however, when the Ministry was instructed to begin work on the comprehensive plan, TSSR much of the material has already been, and the government began to choose, making new steps.
According to Kudrin, the strategy of CSR is more pronounced in areas that are not too widely reflected in terms of economic development. Among them, he called geopolitical risks, and reform of the judicial system, work with law enforcement and assessment of crime.
