On Thursday, exactly a week before the end of his second Vice presidential term under the administration of Barack Obama, Joe Biden was awarded the highest award for civilians, the US Presidential medal of Freedom with distinction. It took Biden by surprise and he couldn’t hold back the tears. During the ceremony, Obama called the veteran of the state service of Joe Biden as his “brother” and “best Vice President” in the history of the country.
