“Development Corporation” has saved up to 40 million rubles per year by reducing office space
YEKATERINBURG, April 21. /TASS/. JSC “development Corporation” (CD) at two times reduced the area occupied by the representation of the company in Moscow that has allowed to save up to 40 million rubles a year. This was reported today by the press service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Corporation since the end of last year, we started to optimize its performance. In order to reduce spending on the rental and maintenance of office premises the Corporation at the beginning of the year two times reduced occupied office in the Moscow area, allowing you to save up to 40 million rubles a year. Measures for optimising the number of employees of the CU – staff reduced to 90 people”, – stated in the message.
The press service added that all subsidiaries of the Corporation recommended to optimize the number of employees and to minimize costs for rental of offices . “As one of the measures to reduce costs, the decision on the transfer of the professionals working today in the office in Moscow, in the company’s head office in Ekaterinburg. It will also allow workers to stay closer to the projects, implementation of which has been the CU on the territory of the Ural Federal district”, – said there.
The aim of the Moscow office will be the overall coordination of activities, interaction with subjects of the Russian Federation and the Central governing bodies. “A meeting of the Supervisory Board of CU, in which the decision was made on necessity of reforming of the company, was proposed for five scenarios of possible development of the company. In the end, the head of KR Sergey Novitsky has been given until the end of the month to work out all possible options for restructuring and to submit necessary calculations to substantiate the economic feasibility of the selected paths of development”, – said the press service.
