Help need to cancel and not to simplify the conditions for obtaining them are “Our land”
The government should not simplify the procedure for obtaining certificates, and remove the vestige of the bureaucratic system, said the co-Chairman of the party “Our land”, the people’s Deputy Anton Kisse.
According to him, statements by the government on the simplification of the mechanism of obtaining information suggests that the authorities under the guise of cutting red tape creates additional problems for people.
“The statement of the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov about the possibility of obtaining certificates of good conduct in all service centers of the Ministry of interior does not hold water. This document is required solely by the public authorities: for example, the permit to own guns. If the interior Ministry has information about the record – the question arises: why force people to get help?”, – A. Kisse.
He stressed that the current system of certificates gives rise to numerous feeders of officials and agencies ‘seals’ .
“We know that certain companies and “reshaly” for payment will get you any help in a short time. This means that there are officials who “accelerate” in the money. I’m sure you need to once and for all tackle this issue and to cancel all certificates” – said the politician.
Co-Chairman of “Our land” I am sure the power companies must share data, without the involvement of the people in this process.
“Most of these documents is purely internal. Central and local authorities should share information on their own, not to force people to get help and many other additional documents,” – said A. Kisse.
He called on the authorities to automate the process of providing administrative services and not to waste time and money of Ukrainians in the receipt of unnecessary documents.
“The government should change the principle of providing administrative services and focus treatment reference documents within the state apparatus, and not to shift the duties on shoulders of Ukrainians”, – summed A. Kisse.
