Hockey player “the Metallurgist” Sergey mozyakin repeated the record for number of goals in one season of the KHL championship

MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. Striker Magnitogorsk “Metallurgist” Sergei mozyakin repeated the record number of goals in one season of the regular championship of the Continental hockey League (KHL).
35-year-old striker grabbed a brace in the match with the Moscow “Spartak” (6:3). Now, on account Mozyakin 36 goals. The same in the 2014-15 season was scored by striker Steve Moses, who played for the Finnish “Jokerit”.
In September 2016 mozyakin set a record for number of goals in the Championships of the USSR/Russia. Goal scored Masakini 13 September 2016 at the gate of Minsk “Dynamo”, became for the forward, 429-m in the Championships of Russia. By this measure, he surpassed the legendary Soviet striker Boris Mikhailov, on account of which 428 washers.
Mosyakin debuted in the championship of Russia in 1999 with CSKA. In 2006 has passed in “Atlant”, in 2011 became the player of “metallurg” . In December 2016 in the match against “Barys” mozyakin scored the 220-th goal for Metalurh and became the best sniper of the hockey club in its history. The previous record holder was Yevgeniy Koreshkov, who scored 219 goals in the club in various tournaments. Earlier mozyakin became the best scorer of the team, also beating Koreshkov, whose assets were listed 436 points.
Mozyakin is a two-time world champion in the national team of Russia, two-time winner of the Gagarin Cup.
