In the occupied Crimea, the acting mayor of Alushta was a former member of Parliament Alexei Boyarchuk. This is reported by “RIA Novosti”.
It is reported that deputies of Alushta city Council approved the early termination of powers of Igor Cell. In addition, a competition was announced for the position of “head” of Alushta, and until then the duties will be fulfilled by Alexei Boyarchuk.

Note that Boyarchuk 2010 was a people’s Deputy of Ukraine from Party of regions, then resigned deputies. From 2010 to 2012, he was mayor of Yalta. After the annexation of Crimea by Russia was “a Deputy head of administration of city Alushta” .
