In the Omsk region the Deputy chief of internal Affairs sentenced to four years for a bribe

OMSK, January 13. /Offset. TASS Alexey Petrov/. Former Deputy chief UMVD of Russia across the Omsk region Sergei Klevakin sentenced Friday to four years in prison for receiving a bribe in especially large size, reported TASS senior assistant to the Prosecutor of the region Tatyana Bulychova.
Klevakin will serve his sentence in a correctional colony of strict regime, in addition, he will pay a fine of 500 thousand rubles, said Bulychova.
The court proved that the ex-Deputy head of the Ministry of internal Affairs from December 2012 to January 2013 received 4 million roubles from the founder and actual Manager, OOO “RBT Service”. Instead, he provided information, which provided the company win in the competition for the acquisition for employees of the Department 18 office of residential premises with a total value of more than 29 million rubles . The rooms were pre-selected by employees of territorial police departments at much lower cost (18 million rubles). As a result, OOO “RBT Service” has received profit in the amount of 11 million rubles, of which 4 million were transferred Klevakina.
After excitation of criminal case Klevakin was dismissed. In March 2016 the October district court in Omsk acquitted him, however, in June of the same year the acquittal was repealed by the judicial Board on criminal cases of the Omsk regional court on the appeal of the public Prosecutor.
