A visitor to the zoo in the American city of San Antonio, Texas, took video of escape Barnacle crested Gibbon. About it reports Fox San Antonio.

Representatives of the zoo said a Gibbon was soon caught and returned to the enclosure. The animal was not injured. After the incident, the staff examined the cells for other “vulnerabilities”.

Barnacle crested Gibbon is a rare species of primates found in North Vietnam and Laos. They spend all their time in trees, feeding on fruits, leaves, and flowers .
