In Ukraine began to operate a state of emergency in the energy sector
From February 17 in Ukraine comes into force a state of emergency in the energy market of the country.
In Ukraine, the blockade of Donbass by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from February 17, imposed a state of emergency in the energy sector, which will operate for a month. It is stated in the government decree No. 103 dated February 15, writes 112 Ukraine.
Nasalik said about the reserves of coal in Ukraine
“In connection with blocking of freight traffic of coal of the anthracite group with the objective of ensuring reliable, uninterrupted, stable operation of the United energy system of Ukraine, prevent the occurrence of imbalance between the production and consumption of electrical energy to agree with the proposal of the Ministry of energy and coal industry on the adoption of the electricity market the temporary emergency measures”, – said in the order .

So the state enterprise “national energy company “Ukrenergo”, based on the available fuel reserves for the production of electric energy by thermal power plants, in case of need and agreement with the Department of energy may implement a schedule of hourly power outage and schedules its outages.
The state enterprise “Energorynok” must develop a schedule of load power system of Ukraine taking into account requirements of the state enterprise “Ukrenergo” on the composition of the equipment of thermal power plants of energy generating companies. To develop the calculation of payments for electric energy for its producers operating on price bids that have graphics and production of electrical energy at the marginal price of the system.
In the Cabinet said, how long extraordinary measures in the energy sector
The state enterprise “national nuclear energy generating company “Energoatom” must comply with the load curve of the power system of Ukraine, to carry out maintenance of equipment of nuclear power plants due to partial discharges of single units of nuclear power plants.
According to the decree, a state of emergency on power will be valid month, i.e. until 17 March 2017. But three days before the expiry of the present order, the Ministry of energy should inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the status of its implementation.
