Kolobkov noted the increased level of confidence in the Russian anti-doping system

MOSCOW, may 19. /TASS/. The Minister of sports of Russia Pavel Kolobkov believes that the level of confidence in the Russian anti-doping system the international sports community has grown. He stated TASS following the meeting of the Board of founders of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA), which ended in Montreal.

On Thursday 18 may in the course of the meeting the Board listened to the report of the Commission of the organization for the compliance on the implementation of the roadmap for the restoration of the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA). During his speech, the Deputy Director-General of the Rob Koehler voiced the position of an organization that demonstrates some of the progress of RUSADA, but full recovery still need to fulfill a number of conditions .

“Eighteen months ago we started to implement the road map for the recovery of RUSADA. During this time, we were in constant working contact with representatives of WADA, said the Bunnies. It was done a lot of work execution criteria, due to which significantly increased the level of confidence in the Russian anti-doping system. RUSADA will continue this process, and in November, we will be able to discuss the full restoration of RUSADA”.

Koehler speech in Montreal was accompanied by a presentation which was said about what steps have been taken by Russia to remedy the anti-doping situation in the country. They discussed four points of the roadmap that RUSADA has to be done.
