Kozak: for the implementation of the Federal program of development of the Crimea will allocate a record among the regions, the amount
YALTA, April 21. /TASS/. The amount of funds aimed at the implementation of the Federal target program (CPF) “Socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020″, is a record. This was during a plenary session of the Yalta international economic forum (AMAF) said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak.
“Allocated for the implementation of this program, a record amount. No region in the country in such a short time did not receive such a sum is 769,5 billion rubles as of today. This is a key development tool, but it is extremely important that in parallel with the implementation of the Federal target program synchronously implemented plans for commercializing the state of municipal property, municipal state land”, – said Kozak.
He also noted that the inflow of investments in the region can happen through the efforts of the authorities, which should provide a comfortable environment for entrepreneurs .

“It is important that in parallel (with the implementation of the programme is approx. TASS) has been working on creating a good investment climate for entrepreneurs to feel confident and understand that every rule in the book will, of course, all authorities be respected. The government will not participate in unfair competition, and will be an impartial arbiter of fair competition, protect the legitimate rights and interests of those whose rights are violated”, – said Deputy Prime Minister.
Kozak also stressed the need for strict implementation of the provisions of the Federal program by the local authorities.
The Federal program of socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020 was adopted in August 2014 and is designed to upgrade the engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the region. After the abolition of Mindcrime in the middle of July 2015 the curator of this programme was the Ministry of economic development. The main objects of funding are vitally important for Crimea infrastructure projects: Federal highway “Tavrida” and autopatched to the Kerch bridge, and power generation facilities.
III international Yalta economic forum (AMAF) held April 20-22, with the participation of about 1.5 thousand people from 50 countries. In 2016, the forum was signed 12 investment agreements totaling more than 70 billion rubles, the mechanism of protection of foreign investors willing to work in the Crimea, to Western sanctions.
