MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. The head of the Center for strategic research, former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said that confidence in Russia to the institutions of power and high credibility of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

“The most important resource is trust. We have high confidence in the President. But if we see the level of confidence in such institutions as government, Parliament, police, a separate Ministry – it is below 30%, 25%, even 15%. At such a low confidence in government institutions is difficult to conduct reforms,” he said at the Gaidar forum.
Kudrin also noted the low trust of citizens to each other. He cited statistics showing that 60-70% of citizens of the Russian Federation average across the country don’t trust people outside their usual social circle .
