Film of TV channel bi-Bi-si on the Russian football fans “Army Russian hooligans” (Russia’s Hooligan Army), who will arrange a “festival of violence” for British fans, is “fiction” and “another attempt to discredit” the 2018 world Cup and of Russia as a whole. This was stated by the Chairman of the Committee of the RFU on safety and work with fans, Vladimir Markin, reports TASS.
So Markin commented on the words of football fans that sound in the film. They stated that the British football fans will face violence if they come to the world Cup. As reported by the Guardian, the film fan from Rostov, who wished to remain anonymous, said that the 2018 world Cup will be for someone with a feast of football, and someone “festival of violence.” He explained that British fans are being targeted by Russian hooligans, because in Britain originated with “hooliganism”.
Another football fan, the leader of the football Association of fans Orel Butchers, who in the film is called Dennis, also confirmed that the anti-British supporters will use violence in Russia. He said, “somebody going to do something, it is 100% guaranteed”. Members Orel Butchers took part in the riots in Marseilles after the match Russia — England in the European championship.
