NACP approved validation rules, e-declarations and the lifestyle of the officials
In NACP approved a new wording of the procedure of verification of declarations and monitoring of the lifestyle of officials.
The National Agency for prevention of corruption has approved the procedures governing the verification of declarations and monitoring of the lifestyle of officials. This is stated on the Agency’s website.
“During a meeting of the National Agency for prevention of corruption has approved a new draft Procedure for conducting monitoring and verification of the Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, and procedure of monitoring the lifestyle of the subjects of declaring, modified taking into account the comments of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine, experts and the public. The decision was made unanimously”, – stated in the message .
As noted by the Deputy head of the NACP Ruslan Radetsky, “we have developed a number of projects Orders of magnitude of verification of declarations and monitoring lifestyle. There are requirements of society and the public that we have taken into account”.
“National Agency must be able to start a full scan of your declarations, so we are interested in the speedy registration of Orders of the Ministry of justice. This pre-procedural document who will use NACP during inspections. It does not violate rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens”, – assured the official.
New projects were discussed with experts and the public during a round table in which took part the representatives of NACP, the Prosecutor General, MIA, NEB, the High qualifications Commission of judges, relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada, the public and the media. According to Radetzky, in the new edition were taken into account 99% of all recommendations.
As reported, the draft Orders are designed to establish the accuracy of the disclosures in the declarations; checking for the presence of a conflict of interest and signs of illicit enrichment; establishing whether the level of life available to the subjects of the Declaration and members of their family property and income received by them under the Declaration.
