Published the list of candidates for the post of head of national police of Ukraine

The national police of Ukraine has published a list of 64 candidates who applied for participation in the competition for the position of head of national police.
Selection of applicants is conducted by the Advisory selection Committee, the creation of which is not envisaged in the legislation, and is an initiative of the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine. The Commission is composed of independent national and international experts. For the Minister of the interior in determining the candidate for the post of head of the National police of Ukraine and formation of proposals to the Prime Minister of Ukraine the Commission’s decisions are recommendatory in nature .
In the list of applicants are the chief of police of Kiev, Andriy kryschenko, the head of GUNP in Donetsk region Vyacheslav Abroskin, head of the criminal investigation Department of the NPU Sergey Knyazev, the acting national police head of Vadim Troyan, the chiefs GUNP in Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions – Vyacheslav Pechenenko and Eduard Alyokhin, Deputy head of Department Main Department for combating corruption and organized crime SBU Orestes Michalecki, the Deputy head of Ukraine Konstantin Bushuev.
The selection procedure will consist of the following stages:
The 1st stage of Study submitted by bidders documents for compliance with the basic requirements of the contest.
2nd stage – Applicants, consistent with the underlying requirements are tested.
3rd stage – According to the results of consideration of the resume, cover letters and test results, the Commission by vote invites applicants for an interview.
4th stage – interviews.
5th stage – Applicants who have successfully passed a preliminary stage, no later than three days after the announcement of the results of the 4 stages required to provide a complete package of documents envisaged by the Law of Ukraine “On the National police”.
The first stage of the contest starts January 18.
By results of five rounds of the competition, the Commission by vote, determines no more than three final applicants. In case of dispute, it can offer candidates additional testing.
A list of final candidates should be prepared and submitted to the Minister of internal Affairs in the shortest possible time but not later than 15 February 2017.
It is a reminder that the contest received 64 applications. The contest was announced on 15 December the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
