Putin officially approved the amendments to the Labour code details

The law provides for the payment of premium for overtime work on weekends and public holidays.

Monday, June 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on amendments to the Labour code, according to “Russian conversation” with reference to the press service of the Kremlin.

Previously the changes were approved by both chambers of the Russian Parliament.

The document stipulates that irregular working hours may be introduced in the organization only if the employment contract has been marked a paragraph on the incomplete working week.

In addition, for overtime work on weekends and public holidays, the law provides for the payment of premium.

Previously, “Russian Dialogue” reported that Vladimir Putin has signed a law that strengthens administrative liability for violation of legislation on personal data .
