Russian woman Evgenia Medvedeva won the short program launched in Tokyo, the world team championship in figure skating with a world record
The short program odinochnits in the team figure skating world Championships in Tokyo ended with the victory of the Russians Evgenia Medvedeva. The judges praised her performance in to 80.85 points, which was a new world record.
The previous highest achievement belonged also Medvedeva. In December 2016, held in Marseille, the Grand Prix final, she received for the short program 79,21 points.
Second place went to another representative of Russia Elena Radionova, who established a personal record — 72,21 points . The third was a Japanese woman Mai Mihara (72,10). Free program women: Saturday, April 22.
