KAZAN, April 21. /TASS/. Spurt Bank (Tatarstan) has suspended the issuance of cash to individuals previously, you could withdraw 30 thousand rubles per contribution. About this TASS said the head of the Department of marketing and advertising of credit institutions Andrew Triggerman.

“Yesterday was completely suspended cash advance to individuals. By entities I have no information. Now the administration carries on negotiations (with investors – approx. TASS),” he said.

As reported, the Bank said that it could remove the restriction, if you can find investors to increase liquidity, negotiations with which are now conducted. The limit was introduced on 3 March this year, initially it was possible to remove 50 thousand rubles, last week there was an adjustment of up to 30 thousand rubles.

For the first quarter of 2017, he was forced to return to customers of almost 6 billion rubles – about a third of all borrowed funds because of rumors about problems in local banks in the backdrop of withdrawal of licenses from a number of them.

The head of the Association of banks of Tatarstan Lyudmila Kitazawa told TASS that the Bank may be of interest to investors, primarily due associated with the credit institution Kazan plant of synthetic rubber. She noted that the Bank was not associated with Tatarstan credit organizations with the Bank of Russia revoked the license this year (Tatfondbank, Tatagroprombank, Bank, Anchor Bank). “Now, information attacks can topple any Bank”, – she added.

Spurt Bank was established in December 1992. He was initially focused on work with the enterprises of small and average business. One of the major shareholders of the credit organization – the European Bank for reconstruction and development. Its share is now 28.25%.
