The European Parliament voted for a resolution on strengthening the centralization of the EU and a common European army.
The European Parliament supported the resolution on strengthening the centralization of the European Union, the creation of the post of Minister of Finance of the EU and a common European army, according to British television and radio Corporation “bi-Bi-si”.
For the document, proposed by the ex Prime Minister of Belgium and responsible for the negotiations on Brexit guy Verhofstadt, voted 283 MEP with 269 votes against and 83 abstentions.

Guy Verhofstadt heads the liberal bloc in the European Parliament and is considered the leader of the European Federalists who advocate the extension and strengthening of the Union.
