The German foreign Minister: the Crisis in Ukraine without Russia will not solve
Sigmar Gabriel ubezhden that the conflict in Ukraine without the participation of Russia can not be solved, regardless of how you will be judged by its role.

According to Gabriel, the Trilateral contact group in Minsk reached an “unexpected progress”, particularly with regard to the willingness of the parties to the conflict to withdraw heavy weapons.
