For this 17 February in Ankara will host a meeting of head of the joint chiefs of staff of the United States Joseph Dunford, and chief of the General staff of the Turkish armed forces Hulusi ACAR.
“This is a very important meeting, which will discuss a joint operation of Turkey and the international coalition for the liberation of Raqqa,” said he.
