UCRF plans before the end of 2017 to provide access to the electronic portal services to broadband operators

Features of the electronic portal services for users of radio frequency resource (HRD) of the country, which in mid-August of this year launched the state enterprise the Ukrainian state centre of radio frequencies (UCRF) by the end of this year will be able to use, in addition to mobile operators, operators of broadband access (SHPD) in the Internet, said the Director of the IT Department UCRF Victoria Troshchenko.

“We plan to launch the portal for broadband operators by the end of this year or even faster. Now working out with them the necessary processes,” she said the Agency “Interfax-Ukraine”.

V. Troshchenko noted that if the initial launch of the portal we were talking about the four major mobile operators in the country and the frequencies at which communication is evolving 2G and 3G, now it will get access to about 260 broadband providers, a significant number of whom are small companies and located regions .

“Broadband operators really looking forward to this connection, as for them it is a significant savings of time and resources,” – said the representative of the UCRF.

She recalled that SOE first announced the launch of the e-services portal with electronic Cabinet, Telecom operator and presented its concept at the international conference Telecom Ukraine-2016, and a year later Telecom Ukraine-2016, held in Odessa from 8 to 12 September, have already reported about the first results and further development plans of the portal.

In particular, V. Troshchenko indicated that in the electronic Cabinet, you can see the whole list of their base and subscriber stations, the received documents for him to control the timing of their actions, to submit applications in electronic form for new radio-electronic means and have the ability to track all stages of passage of this application.

“The portal is also integrated with the General system of frequency assignments, so the user can see the whole picture that we have,” – said the Director of the Department.

Talking about future plans, she highlighted the work with the General staff, as a mediator in working with the operators of SCS, to simplify the procedure of approval of allocation of frequencies. V. Troshchenko said that, currently, applicants have to submit 7 documents on paper, while the aim is to translate the document into electronic form.

“We are in talks and are going to announce the tender so that the General staff had access to this portal service as a non-profit organization”, – said the Director of the IT Department UCRF.

As previously noted by the state enterprise, using e-office portal of services should accelerate the procedure of consideration of applications, obtaining permits and enable interactive communication with users of radio frequency resource.

“A significant advantage in the operation of the portal will be able to enjoy e-services, to have access to filling e-statements, make payment of the provision of e-services over the Internet, monitor the processing status of e-orders, and to log events associated with the operation of the portal,” – noted in the message when starting the resource http://my.ucrf.gov.ua/.

To use the e-services users will need to log in using the electronic digital signature.
