MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. The head of the accounts chamber of Russia Tatyana Golikova considers it necessary to accumulate and not to spend in the next six months additional budget revenues, the increase in oil prices, since, in her view, Russia is still “sitting on the oil needle”.
She announced this in an interview with TASS in the framework of the Gaidar forum.
