Poroshenko and Putin discussed by telephone the release of the detained in Russia Ukrainian military and ORDO

On Tuesday, February 12, at the initiative of the Ukrainian side, a telephone conversation between the presidents of Ukraine and Russia Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin, reports the Internet-the edition “Mirror of week. Ukraine” (ZN.UA) with reference to own sources.

“According to a source, the conversation was not short and took place at the initiative of the Ukrainian side. The reason for it was the third anniversary of the conclusion of the second of the Minsk agreements”, – said in a note.

The publication also writes that they have confirmed the fact of conversation in the press service of the presidential Administration of Ukraine.

“The President of Ukraine has held a phone conversation with Russian President to enhance the liberation of the Ukrainian hostages, in particular the exchange of prisoners of guards and the liberation of the Ukrainian military in the occupied territories . The parties also discussed the agenda of the meeting of the foreign Ministers of the Norman Quartet, which is scheduled for 16 February in Munich.
